This is the second stage of a two stage tender process following on from the the first stage EOI process.

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.

Obtaining the RFT Documents
Click on the DOWNLAOD A SOFT COPY - Free  link at the bottom of the page, use the Access Passcode provided to gain access, then register your firm in the system (if not previously  registered), and follow onscreen instructions to download the RFT document files provided.

Amendments to RFT
Any amendments (including addenda, changes to tender period and other notices) will be made available on that web site, and a system notification email will be sent ONLY to the system user email address of those that have accessed the web site and download documents for this RFT

Lodging a Response
Your completed tender should be lodged as allowed in the RFT Document, however, it can  be lodged electronically via this web page.

As the tenderer you must be a current Registered user of this web site.
Click on the blue LODGE ON RESPONSE  link at the bottom of this page, using the Access Passcode, then using your registered system Username / Password and follow the on-screen instructions to be taken to the lodging screen to submit your electronic tender response.

Electronic Tender Box
During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”.
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed.

RFT Response - receipt/confirmation
A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued for all submitted response files received successfully.
