Tender Details
Following is a brief description of the proposed works for the Office refurbishment at the Office of Fair Trading, 184 Lords Place Orange:
- Installation of personnel access door to storage area.
- Supply and install pedestrian warning system.
- Supply and fit door to office.
- Supply hot water/chilled water unit, minor alteration to kitchen cupboards.
- Repaint general office area, toilet and tea room.
- Install supplied office desks and stationery cupboards.
- Demolition - nominated wall mounted cupboards and shelving, nib end of wall.
- Minor electrical works.
