Hot Water Heater Replacement at 99 Lilyfield Road Lilyfield - 0902523

The works include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

a) Design, supply, install and commission a new Instantaneous Gas Hot Water System for each unit of the building as specified herein.

b) Supply and install all instantaneous gas heaters, gas piping, hot water piping, piping insulation, gas meters, boundary regulators, gas heater cages and gas heater enclosures.

c) Supply and install all brackets, mounting hardware, conduit, ducting and cabling using approved types.

 

d) Supply and install fire rated vandal proof gas heater enclosures to the stairwells.

 

e) Supply and install lockable access ladders to each section of the roof 

 

f) Removal of the existing Raypak gas hot water system.

 

g) All other work required from the Contractor to deliver the fully functional and operational Works at the nominated locations.

 

h) Commissioning and testing of the Works

i) Provision of operator training

 

j) Provision of Work as executed or “as-installed” documentation and drawings

 

k) Provision of maintenance and breakdown services during the defects liability period (DLP).
