Transaction Advisory Services – Integrated Station Developments, Sydney Metro West

 

Sydney Metro is seeking experienced Service Provider(s) with relevant expertise in the procurement of a range of contracts on rail infrastructure mega-projects of a similar nature to the project to deliver Transaction Advisory Services for the delivery of three Integrated Station Developments (ISDs) on the Sydney Metro West project. The Service Provider will work with Sydney Metro in the planning and procurement of the three ISD contracts for the project as part of a broader transaction management effort to procure the remaining Metro West packages.

Sydney Metro is restricting access to the RFT and Services Brief.

Applicants must describe how they satisfy the Minimum Requirements by addressing the criteria provided in the Access Request Form. 

To apply for access, an entity must provide the following forms to Sydney Metro:

• Access Request Form (ARF;); and

• Confidentiality Deed Poll form (CDP;) for each person seeking access to confidential information

Send the completed ARF and CDP in PDF format via email to the Contact Officer. 

As additional persons require access, send additional CDPs.

A copy of Attachment A: Individual confidentiality acknowledgement in Word is provided for convenience.

Applicants that do not provide the completed ARF and CDP will not be granted access.

File format and naming for ARFs and CDPs:

Send CPDs in PDF, named exactly as the sample below:

• ARF – SMW TA – Tenderer short name

• CDP – SMW TA –Tenderer short name – Firstname Lastname
