Tender Details

The Chateau Restaurant is a two storey building with a small mezzanine level on the 1st floor which effectively makes the building partly three storeys in height.

A fire has severely damaged the 1st floor and mezzanine level. A partial demolition has been carried out to render the structure safe. A complete demolition is now required as per the scope of works (3.2)

The terms and conditions in Section 5 will apply in conjunction with AS 2124 1992, the terms in the latter taking precedence.

The location as marked on the attached plans, is located at 1C Bedwell Avenue, entry via Hynes Street Lansdowne, off Henry Lawson drive.  Companies should visit the sites of work and ascertain for themselves the true nature and extent of works.  Refer to section 2.21 - Mandatory Site Inspection.
