Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants for Detailed Analysis, Technical Specification and Design of Synthetic Surfaces.

 

Canterbury-Bankstown Council seeks submissions from suitably qualified and experienced companies with the capacity to undertake a site suitability assessment, and technical specification and design for two synthetic pitches.

 

The Synthetic Surfaces Detailed Designs will help ease pressure on sporting needs in the city with consideration of current and future needs of the community, other adopted strategies and Council’s financial capacity and sustainability.

 

The Synthetic Surfaces Detailed Designs will respond to the prescribed directions of the Canterbury- Bankstown Community Strategic Plan 2018 – 2028. The Review will also consider other relevant Council strategies and plans to ensure that any recommendations are supported by overarching planning documents.

 

The overall objective of the project is to undertake a site suitability assessment considering a number of criteria followed by detailed designs suitable for tender and whole of life costing for each site.
