Banking, Payments and Related Services - EOI-00211703 Core Services

NSW Treasury (Principal) invites interested organisations (‘Respondents’) to provide Expressions of Interest (EOI) responses (‘Responses’) with respect to the provision of core liquidity and banking services as well as new market capability in payment services and platforms, and innovation capabilities relevant to the NSW Government.  

NSW Treasury, on behalf of the NSW Government, is undertaking the selection of service provider(s) with the capability to provide the following 6 overarching service modules under this EOI:  

Module 1 – Liquidity Management 

Module 2 – Transaction Banking 

Module 3 – Merchant Acquiring 

Module 4 – FX Cross Border Payments 

Module 5 – Cards 

Module 6 – Supporting Transit Payments 

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).
