Tender Details
Tenders close Tuesday 29 November 2011 at 10:00am for a Schedule of rates contract for the rehabilitation of 4km of rural road located on Canyonleigh Road, Canyonleigh. Canyonleigh is located in the Southern Highlands, approximately 20km SW of Moss Vale.
Work includes:
- initial treatment involving insitu stabilisation of pavement with quicklime to 270mm depth
- second treatment involving insitu stabilisation of pavement with cement/flyash blend to 270mm depth
- 100mm granular overlay to stabilised pavement
- 10mm primer seal
- linemarking and guideposts
Contractors are required to be registered with RTA for pavement stabilisation (Z) or a nationally recognised equivalent.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting is to be held on Thursday 17 November 2011 at 11:00 am at Council's Civic Centre located in Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale.
