Whole of Government - Retail supply of natural gas to NSW Government and Eligible Buyers (Small Sites) - RFT-10025271

This RFT seeks tenders from authorised retailers to supply natural gas to Eligible Customers across NSW and the ACT (Small Sites). The deliverables are described in the Tendering Conditions and Statement of Requirements.

 

This RFT comprises of five parts, as follows:

Part A – Tendering Conditions: outlines the terms and conditions of the tender.

Part B – Tender Response: respondents are required to use this document for their response. All attachments submitted by the respondent are required to be referred in this document.

Part C – Statement of Requirements: outlines the requirements respondents are expected to meet.

Part D – Head Agreement: the proposed header level agreement between NSW Procurement and the successful tenderer.

Part E – Retail Gas Supply Agreement: the proposed gas supply agreement between Contract 4000 customers and the successful tenderer under the Part – D Head Agreement.
