Tenders are invited for the property refurbishment works to a total of Twenty Two (22) dwellings within one (1) contract. The Refurbishment Project includes properties in the regional NSW townships of: Project 6: Temora: Refurbishments - 5 Houses and 4 Units. Ardlethan: Refurbishment - 3 Houses and 4 Units. Ariah Park: Refurbishment - 1 House and 5 Units. Tenderers are to submit tenders for refurbishment works to all dwellings listed above. These works will run concurrently, within the same contract. Tenders can also be sent by facsimile to 02 9261 1048. Tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Practice for Procurement which is available on the internet at: www.dpws.nsw.gov.au. Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builder’s licence for the State of New South Wales. Home Warranty Insurance will not be required within this contract. A Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting will be held on-site at all properties. Date and time to be advised on registration.
