Tender Details

 

Tenders are invited for the property refurbishment works to a total of Twenty Two (22) dwellings within one (1) contract.

 

The Refurbishment Project includes properties in the regional NSW townships of:

 

Project 6: Temora: Refurbishments - 5 Houses and 4 Units.

                Ardlethan: Refurbishment - 3 Houses and 4 Units.

                Ariah Park: Refurbishment - 1 House and 5 Units.

 

Tenderers are to submit tenders for refurbishment works to all dwellings listed above. These works will run concurrently, within the same contract.

Tender forms and documentation must be obtained prior to attending the mandatory site meeting as advised by the Project Manager:-

Suitably endorsed tenders will be received by The Secretary, Tender Opening Committee, Teacher Housing Authority of NSW, Level 14, St Martins Tower, 31 Market St, SYDNEY 2000 or PO Box Q339, QVB Post Shop, NSW 1230 and close at 2.30pm Tuesday 7th September 2010.

Tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Practice for Procurement which is available on the internet at: www.dpws.nsw.gov.au. Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builder’s licence for the State of New South Wales. Home Warranty Insurance will not be required within this contract. A Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting will be held on-site at all properties. Date and time to be advised on registration.
