The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
- Construction of a new Construction Workshop. The purpose of this work is to provide a new teaching space for construction trades.

Construction of New Basketball Courts. The purpose of this work is provide safe access to the new facilities demolished to enable construction of the new Construction Workshop.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.All other works specified in the technical specification sections and drawings.
