Requests for Offers to Lease Council Premises - Kiosk in Gough Whitlam Park, Earlwood - T34-19

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for offers to lease the kiosk located in Gough Whitlam Park at Earlwood.

Gough Whitlam Park is located at the eastern end of the Canterbury-Bankstown local government area approximately 10 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD. The park itself lays adjacent to Cooks River and contains playgrounds, wetlands, sporting fields, public toilets and children’s playgrounds.

The kiosk is located towards the eastern end of Gough Whitlam Park, between two playgrounds.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Council is seeking offers from suitably experienced and qualified parties to lease the kiosk in Gough Whitlam Park, Bayview Avenue, Earlwood to fit out the premises and establish and operate a cafe.

The premises will be open for a mandatory inspection from 11:00AM to Noon on Tuesday 16 April, Tuesday 30 April and Tuesday 14 May 2019.

Tenderers are required to attend at least one of the three site inspections.

Location - Kiosk, Gough Whitlam Park, 177-205 Bayview Road, Earlwood NSW.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at one of the inspections, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
