Development of Facilities Asset Management Plans - T02-18

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the development of Facilities Asset Management Plans for nominated building assets. A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
