Peat Island Exit Strategy - Stage One Early Works - 1002026

The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: 

Installation of hoardings and new security locking to buildings and areas. Securing of site services and installation of temporary fencing as specified.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

Selective Tenders - An invitation to tender that is made to a limited number of tenderers, from a Pre-qualified Panel. Tenderers are pre-qualified, for an ongoing program of works or services, on a proven record of satisfactory performance in the category for which tenders are sought.

A mandatory site meeting will be held at Peat Island at 10:30 am on Wednesday 06 October, 2010. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.

Tenders are invited from those companies prequalified in Hunter-New England Region for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000.
