Tender Details

The scope of works that are to be delivered under this RFT are described below.

• Establish work site

• Supply all materials, labour, tools, plant and equipment to undertake the works

• Dismantle and remove the existing structures

• Construct new lookout and walkway along the existing alignment

• Remove and dispose of all associated construction waste from site

• Make good the site for public use

Pre-Tender Site Inspection

There will be a formal tender briefing and site inspection at 11:00 am on Thursday 29 November meeting at Fisherman’s Lookout. To register for the briefing contact the project manager at sean.court@environment.nsw.gov.au . The pre-tender briefing is not mandatory.

 Contractors are encouraged to visit each site to develop an appreciation of the location, access and nature of the work required.  (Refer to the work site map).
