Electrical Services - T19-10

Council invites tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the supply of Electrical Services to various sites of Council. 

Services includes a wide range of electrical maintenance works to all Council owned buildings, including but not limited to exit signs inspections, electrical testing and tagging and general electrical services.  Council is seeking to appoint the Test and Tagging component requirement on a separate agreement though this will not preclude Tenderers from applying for both.

Refer to Section 3 for a detailed scope of Requirement.

The contracts shall be in force for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the contract for a further two (2) years subject to Contractor performance and under the delegation of the General Manager to approve extension of contracts

Services are required during normal working hours and out of working hours on an 'as required' basis.
