The Service Provider is responsible for developing initial preliminary Environmental Planning Studies and carrying out all necessary tasks required to complete the Services in accordance with the respective Services Brief included in the RFT documentation.
The Service Provider may include agreed specialist sub-contractors necessary to fulfil the requirements of the Services. Where a sub-contractor is included the Service Provider is fully responsible for the sub-contractor’s compliance with the requirements of the Agreement and Services Brief, including in respect of exclusivity where it is a requirement.
Details of the general and administrative tasks and deliverables that must be undertaken and provided by the Service Provider are described in the Services Brief.

The Services Brief contains confidential information. TfNSW is restricting access to the Services Brief to relevant entities that it reasonably considers are capable of being bona fide tenderers. Entities that are not considered to be relevant entities will not be granted access.
Relevant entities to which access may be granted at TfNSW’s sole discretion may include:
· organisations with capability, experience and track record in successfully undertaking the role of environment planning studies;
To seek access, an entity must provide:
· an Access Request Form – in one single PDF file, titled:
TfNSW 2014-046 – [Tenderer name] – ARF;
and
· on being notified that the request is approved, completed and executed Confidentiality Deed Polls (CDPs) for each person seeking access to the Services Brief – in one single PDF file for each individual CDP form, titled:
TfNSW 2014-046 – [Tenderer name] – Firstname Lastname – CDF
