• Demolition of the existing concrete and timber wharf structures
• Demolition of the Lee 5 Administration Building to enable access for construction of the rock revetment seawall
• Construction of rock revetment seawalls and Cottage Creek channel outlet, including piling for the proposed future promenade bridge structure.
