The five residences are located around the Griffith area.
The extent of works will vary from residence to residence. The work generally involves kitchen and bathroom upgrades, painting, plumbing, floor coverings, electrical and general maintenance.

MANDATORY PRE-TENDER SITE MEETING
A Mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at each residence, which will be conducted over two consecutive days of the 29th and 30th November 2010, commencing at Naradhan THA School Residence at 11:00am on the 29th November 2010 and conclude at Darlington Point on the 30th November 2010.
Tenderers are to obtain all information required for tendering during each site inspection, as the residences will not be available for further inspection after the aobve mentioned dates.
