Provision of State Government Election Ballot Papers - 0901954

The RFT is for provision of Goods and Services for Typesetting, Printing, Binding and Delivery of Ballot Papers for the Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council 2011 Elections. 

The Term of the Agreement will be for three (3) years plus two option periods, each of twelve (12) months. 

A Tender Briefing will be held on the date, time, and place, indicated below.

 Prospective tenderers are required to register to attend the Briefing. Registration is limited to two (2) representatives per organisation.

Samples of Ballot Papers will be provided at the Tender Briefing for viewing only.   

NSWEC owns the blank paper stocks in its Riverwood facility.  The stock will be available for viewing during Tender Briefing.
