Tender Details

Works in all separable portions generally include:

· Demolition and disposal of existing concrete footways, kerb and gutter, part of road pavement and street furniture.

· Construction of stormwater pipes and pits.

· Reconstruction of kerb and gutter sections and road pavement.

· Construction of a new Type 1 and Type 4 footpaving.

· Construction of asphalt footpaving (North Terrace)

· Landscaping work which includes construction of tree pits, sub-soil systems, laying of turf, planting of street trees and shrubs of various sizes and species.

· Supply and installation of new street furniture (seats, litter bin enclosures, handrails and bike racks).

· Supply and installation of timber decking (North Terrace) including retaining walls and supporting posts/screw piles

· Construction of pedestrian raised thresholds, linemarking and sign posting.

· Street and footpath lighting including supply and installation of conduits, wires, hardware and connections.

· Supply and Installation of conduits and pits for CCTV cameras.

· Paving of all Telstra pits with infill type lids. Replacement/relocation of all Telstra assets shall be undertaken by others.
