Provision of Locksmith Services to the Principal's existing and/or newly acquired buildings,structures, public domains and place managed sites within the precincts of The Rocks/Circular Quay, Darling Harbour/pyrmont and/or within a 10km radius of the Sydney CBD as and when requitred for a period of three (3) years from the Commencement Date of the Contract, with optopns exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Principal, to extend for a further two (2) x 1 year periods.
