Tender Details

TfNSW is seeking Proposals from appropriately qualified and experienced Suppliers to supply the radio equipment (hardware) and support the transition to NSW Government Public Safety Network (“PSN”) Phase 2 by June 30th, 2024.

 Scope of the Services include replacement of the existing TfNSW owned handheld and mobile radio equipment operating on TfNSW internal Very High Frequency(“VHF”) and Public Safety Network(“PSN”) Phase 1 networks and make them compatible with PSN Phase 2 network requirements.The Scope of Services described in detailed in the Part D of the RFP document

The contract term will be 2+1+1+1 +1+1 years.

The Contract will be placed under Whole of Government SCM0053 Operational Telecommunications Equipment, Infrastructure and Services scheme.

The Participant must meet the Mandatory Criteria and Conditions for Participation outlined to progress to the next stage.

Conditions for Participation

• The proponent must be willing to be pre-qualified on the SCM0053 Operational Telecommunications Equipment, Infrastructure and Services Scheme prior to the Contract award.

• The contract will be under the NSW Government SCM0053 Operational Telecommunications Equipment, Infrastructure and Services Scheme Framework. Proponents will be required to agree to a contract governed by this framework.

• The Proponent must pass NSW Telco Authority compliance testing to ensure radio models are fit for purpose and fully compatible with the NSW Public Safety Network (PSN)
