The Redevelopment of the Existing Blayney Community Centre includes;
- Re-roofing
- Internal structural modifications and additions
- Upgrading of toilet and kitchen facilities
- Upgrading of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical services
- Upgrading of finishes and fitments including doors & hardware
- Ancillary works associated with site services, including pavement works, water supply, drainage, lighting, fencing and site landscaping;
- Design & documentation of shop drawings
- Environmental Management Plan, OH&S plans, WAE drawings QA documentation and Operations and Maintenance Manuals
- Testing, demonstration and commissioning of works
- Training of the Principal’s staff in the operation of all new services and fitments provided
