Additional Details / Instructions
In advance of the release of the ITT, TfNSW invites suitably qualified and experienced entities (including multiple organisations responding as a consortium) to participate in the ITT process, and thereby gain access to the PLR Stage 1 – Independent Certifier – ITT Data Room (Data Room), which will contain additional information relevant to the Independent Certifier Services ITT.
TfNSW will grant access to the Data Room to bona fide registrants who possess the capability of delivering the Independent Certifier services for the PLR Stage 1 program of works.

Conditions for Participation
In order to gain access to the Data Room, suitably qualified entities are required:
•to register with TfNSW via the attached Registration Form; and
•to complete the attached Data Room Protocol (including Schedule 1 Data Room User Request Form and Schedule 2 – Confidentiality Deed Poll).
The completed Registration Form and Data Room Protocol (including Schedule 1- Data Room User Request Form and Schedule 2 – Confidentiality Deed Poll) must be returned to the TfNSW at the email address provided below:

Following receipt of a correctly completed Registration Form and the executed Data Room Protocol (including Schedules), TfNSW will provide bona fide registrants with access to the Data Room.
The ITT Documents will be released to registrants via the Data Room when they are available.
