NSW Health / NSW Health Nursing and Midwifery Education Graduate Certificates – RFT1 - Acute Care Nursing, Child and Family Health Nursing, Drug and Alcohol Nursing - RFT-10004831

Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) seeks to appoint a Contractor (or Contractors) to provide Graduate Certificate courses online in Acute Care Nursing, Child and Family Health Nursing, and Drug and Alcohol Nursing to eligible NSW Health nurses and midwives through positions funded by HETI.

 

 

NSW Health is strongly committed to the continuing professional development of nurses and midwives working within the NSW Health system.  Educational opportunities are provided to ensure that a highly-skilled nursing and midwifery workforce is available to meet the changing needs of the public health system.

 

The Ministry of Health has for many years funded Graduate Certificate-level courses for nurses and midwives within the NSW Health system, as well as a selection of short courses.

In line with NSW State Government procurement requirements, a plan has been put in place to transition the provision of these online Graduate Certificates and short courses to a full contestable model.
