Sydney Light Rail Extension, Financial Services - TNSW 2010/009

The Service Provider will be responsible for providing financial services in respect of Sydney Light Rail Extension Stages 1 and 2 which includes:

Strategic financial advisory services;

Financial modelling and analysis services; and

Operational advisory services;

The Service Provider will be responsible for;

·         managing and providing a range of financial services including operational advice to assist in defining the requirements of the proposals and assessing the final proposals from the private company that is party to the Project Deed; and

·         providing advice as to the suitability of the extensions for private finance in accordance with the principles of Working with Government, Guidelines for Privately Financed Projects.

For a Tender to be complying, the Tenderer must demonstrate as a minimum, the following:

Substantial experience in providing financial services to an Australian government organisation for large or complex infrastructure privately financed projects (PFP) or other PFPs.
