This RFT will require I-Tenders Supplier software tender tool to respond. This software is MS Windows compatible only.
This Request For Tender (RFT) aims to appoint a single corporate travel management company (“TMC”) that is currently set up to meet the requirements of this RFT including the capability to completely service NSW Government in both metropolitan and regional areas.
The objectives of the proposed Agreement resulting from this RFT includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Provision of quality, cost effective, and fully comprehensive travel management service including policy management, car hire, accommodation, rail and coach travel in addition to the booking and ticketing of all domestic, Trans Tasman, and international travel.
• Provision of robust and appropriate technology.
• Reduce the cost of Travel Management supply by leveraging the buying power of NSW Government.
• Achieve an overall value for money offer and work with suppliers that have the ability to continue to meet NSW Government business needs.
• Optimise savings through cost reduction strategies, improved services, efficiencies and processes.
• Ensure consolidated carbon emission reporting.
• Encourage sound environmental practices.
NSW Procurement has engaged the services of Travel Management Solutions Pty Ltd for this tender process.

SUBMITTING your RESPONSE - ELECTRONIC LODGEMENT
When you have completed preparing your tender response in the required software format it MUST be lodged electronically via this Web Site.
Your tender response would normally include at least one file with a file extension of ****.DTR to be a conforming tender.
Electronic Tender Box
During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”.
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed by a controlled process.
RFT Response - receipt/confirmation
A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued to the respondent for all submitted responses files received successfully.
