Tender Details
The Service Provider will be responsible for providing transaction management and procurement services to the Principal in respect of the Project, including managing and co-ordinating the preparation of procurement documentation and managing the processes required to procure the major contracts necessary to deliver the Project.
In particular, the Service Provider must manage the preparation of procurement documentation, the processes and activities for the EOI and tendering, the tender review, evaluation of tenders and recommendation of preferred tenderers and the development and finalisation of contract documentation ready for the award of the contracts.
Due to the size of the Project and nature of the procurement activities, the Principal requires two distinct Transaction Management Teams as follows:
Transaction Team 1 – Linewide Packages
Transaction Team 2 – Stations & Development
