Kelso North Turf Wicket Upgrade - T22-18

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the construction of a new turf wicket including irrigation and drainage upgrades at the Kelso Park North Playing Oval- Milperra.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. Scope of works generally includes but is not limited to the following items:

• Preliminaries 

• Earthworks and waste material disposal 

• Concrete base 

• Turf wicket construction

• Irrigation and drainage

• Outfield works (levelling and turfing)

• Maintenance and provision of warranties and maintenance manuals

• Handover

Refer to drawings and specifications (clause 3.3) which are separately attached to this document. 

• The proposed commencement date is 22 January 2018 and

• The programmed completion by 07 March 2018.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Council will conduct a non-compulsory briefing for potential Tenderers to be held at 10am on 30 October 2017 at Kelso Park North, Henry Lawson Drive, Milperra. Entry opposite Maxwell Avenue. (UBD Ref: Page 270 Grid L:14)
