Tender Details

The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Construction of an extension, including verandah areas, to the existing Library building to provide new Reading Room facilities.

Provision of a new evaporative air cooling system to the new Reading Room

Replacement of existing Library Electrical Distribution Board (EDB)

Replacement of carpet and underlay to the existing Library reading area

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
