Installation and management of the advertising on the assets by appointing one or more contractors.
TfNSW has a fleet of contracted buses in Sydney that have designated areas available for use in advertising. TfNSW wishes to grant a Licence to allow for the installation and management of the advertising on the Assets by appointing one or more Contractors (here in referred to as the Contractor) who will in accordance with the Contract carry out the requirements of the Contract including:
• innovate and reinvigorate the market to ensure the increasing sustainability of advertising revenue generated from the Assets;
• receive a licence to utilise the Assets for advertising purposes;
• obtain Advertisers to enter Advertising Contracts;
• receive Revenue from the Advertisers;
• pay to Transport the Due Amount being the greater of: the amount calculated using the Revenue and the Payment Percentage or the Minimum Monthly Amount;
• manage the Assets on behalf of Transport including maintenance and Development of the Assets;
• propose to Transport strategies for development of new advertising strategies for the Assets consistent with the Business and the requirements of Transport and the Contract; and
• report to Transport in detail on the business including the management, maintenance, Development and Revenue in respect of the Assets.
TfNSW requires a Contractor that will be flexible in its approach and adapt to the environment in which TfNSW’s contracted bus service providers operate.
