The provision of family and child related services at 24-26 Jacobs St, Bankstown - Request for Proposal

Council is seeking Proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Not for Profit Incorporated Respondents for the:

 

• Licence of the ground floor at the Bankstown Women’s and Children’s Health Centre erected on lot 100 in Deposited Plan 1147680 located at 24 – 26 Jacobs St, Bankstown and being community land; and

• Provision of Family’s and Children’s Services from the Facility (Services).

   

  A full description of the nature and extent of the Services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of the Request for Proposal.   

  Refer to drawings which are separately attached to the RFP document.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A compulsory site visit to be held at 9:15am on Tuesday 6th November, 2018 at 24-26 Jacobs St, Bankstown NSW.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
