Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is responsible for the delivery of the Transport Access Program, which is an initiative to provide a better experience for public transport customers by delivering accessible, modern, secure and integrated transport infrastructure where it is needed most.
The Transport Access Program is in the process of planning the delivery of several projects that includes rail station upgrades, at-grade car parks and rural and regional interchanges.
Transport Projects is undertaking a market sounding activity to obtain information from suitably qualified registrants, in the form of an entity or consortia interested in the design and/or construction of any of the following:
· rail station easy access upgrades
· at-grade car parks
· rural and regional interchanges.
The results of this market sounding and further project definition process will be used for project planning, including the refinement of the nature and scope of the overall procurement process.

Following the Registration for Market Sounding, TfNSW will, at its discretion, arrange a series of confidential meetings with some or all the Registrants in the form of market sounding.
Participation in any market sounding process is not a pre-requisite for participation, nor will it advantage or disadvantage any Registrant, in any subsequent procurement processes conducted by TfNSW in relation to the Project.
TfNSW will not make a formal comparative assessment of the Registrants through the market sounding process. This is not a tender. The system is being used for invitation for public response to information published on, or accessible through, this website.
