The following items comprise the major contract work scope for.

- 49 Brambil St., - Mendooran
- Bridge St., - Tooraweenah
Supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for refurbishment works to be undertaken at the above Premises.
Deliverables under the contract will consist of:
Generally to all premises:
(a) Ease and adjust all windows doors
(b) Repairs to gutters downpipes
(c) Carpet floor coverings.
(d) Window Furnishings
(e) New external entry doors.
(f) Rainwater tank and reroof - Mendooran.
(g) Internal and external paint all premises
(h) Provide and install new external and internal lighting.
(i) Upgrade bathroom - Mendooran.
(j) Upgrade bathroom/laundry - Tooraweenah.
(k) Construction of pergola - Tooraweenah
(l) Make good to surrounding ground areas on completion
