Cadastral Survey of Crown land at Mount White, LGA Gosford, NSW.
The scope of work required to complete the survey includes preparation and collection of survey and title information for the subject properties and abutting land and properties, calculations and plan preparation and lodgement with Land & Property Information NSW.
The Survey is required for the purpose of subdivision and de-limitation of Crown land granted under Section 36 of the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983.
The subject land comprises Lots 7041 & 7042 DP1116109, Lot 7021 DP1114447, Lot 7040 DP 1116103, Lot 7020 DP1065007, Lot 7027 DP1051931, Lot 7310 DP1155132, Lot 2597 DP1205726 and Lot 161 DP755221.
The work will be considered complete when the plan is registered by LPI NSW and relevant title actions have been finalised

The tenderer is a Registered Surveyor in NSW or directly employs a surveyor registered in NSW.
The survey is to be effected and the plan prepared in accordance with the Surveying and Spatial Information Regulation 2012 and as may be applicable, the Surveyor General’s Directions.
The plan is to be drawn on either Plan Form 1 or 2 in accordance with the aforementioned Regulation. NSW Department of Primary Industries - Lands are promoting the electronic plan lodgement system, ePlan, as it provides an attractive alternative to the time consuming paper process. If this method is used the files to be lodged (plan, signatures / administration sheet, 88B instrument, survey report, letter, etc) should be forwarded to this office by e-mail in the same tif format as required by the Land and Property Information Division of DFS (LPI NSW).
