The installation of an alarm systems, where required (only on request), to operate at all points of entry, including all windows at ground level, movement detectors, flashing external beacon with siren, internal siren and illuminated entry control pad close to main entry point.
The alarm systems are to include back-to-base monitoring to a central control monitoring room that shall direct Security Response personnel, Emergency Service or Council Duty Staff on activated alarms.
The provision of Security Response personnel to attend and respond to alarms or emergency at alarm activated premises on a 7 day 24 hour basis.
The provision of Security Service (static patrol) personnel to patrol Council premises on an as required basis when directed or authorised to provide a security presence to ensure protection of Council staff, premises and assets
