Tender Details

Council seeks Expressions of Interests from suitably qualified Companies interested in providing services to Penrith City Council for the construction work at Penrith Commuter Cark Park

The work entails:

Construction of 500 multi-deck car park and associated services
Construction of 500 at-grade car park
Associated lift facilities and CCTV installation & connection to Railcorp systems.

All respondents are responsible for conducting their own site inspections. Previous respondents need to make submissions again as project scope has changed.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

· Experience and ability to perform similar projects successfully within time, quality and budget constraints.

· Financial capability to exhibit that projects over $20 m have been completed previously.
