Tender Details

Legal Aid anticipants that the implementation will take place over 18 to 24 months and the proposed scope will include the supply, design and implementation of the system, including the migration of data from existing system and ongoing support. 

Legal Aid recieves around 46,000 applications for financial aid for Legal Aid, with a mixture of one-time and multi-stage payments for complex matters. Eligibility for Legal Aid is based on a person's income and the nature of the legal case, which includes family, civil and criminal law matters. The current system (ATLAS) is at end of life and requires replacement.
