Coonabarabran Teacher Housing Authority of NSW Construction of Villa Units - 1000849

The work in this contract comprises of the construction of new villa units at Lot 61 Belar Street, Coonabarabran for Teacher Housing Authority of NSW.

 

The developments consists of single story, brick veneer construction with steel roofing.

 

Included in the extent of work are all external works including concrete paving,fencing and landscape.

 

As part of the contract the villa units are to have a number of furniture and appliance items supplied and fitted on completion of construction.
