Tender Details

Penrith City Council and Hawkesbury City Council (joint tender) are seeking tender submissions to establish a panel or panels of contractors with proven ability and experience to carry out and/or quote for various tree related services within the Councils' Local Government Areas (LGA).

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

The proposed Contract will establish a panel of contractors for a period of 3 years with an option to extend the arrangements for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance.

It should be noted that as each Council will be establishing a panel of contractors to suit their own requirements, the evaluation process may or may not recommend a different panel for each Council.

Conditions for Participation

Tenderers must provide evidence of membership of the Tree Contractors Association or The National Arborists Association of Australia or both
