Tender Details
Council seeks tenders from notified parties for the construction work at Howell Oval, Penrith.
The work entails:
- Demolition and removal of existing pavilion;
- retention and protection of existing large grey gum tree;
- construction of new pavilion to accommodate:
- club lounge; kitchen; kiosk; toilets; players’ change rooms for home and away teams; umpire and scorer mezzanine; indoor training pavilion and associated storage.
- The Carpark and covered walkway between indoor training area and club lounge are optional and are to be costed separately:
All work is to be carried out in accordance with the Contract.
