Tender Details

Council is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced vendors for a solution that will enable access and management of all documents and corresponding items that are in a legacy EDRMS: ECM (DataWorks) supplied by the vendor Technology One.

The objective is to find a comprehensive, cost and time efficient solution to extract documents and related items out of ECM so that this legacy system can be decommissioned. These documents should be searchable, retrievable and manageable by an existing SharePoint 2013 EDRMS.

The solution must ensure information integrity is preserved, compliance with the State Records Act (NSW), other information standards and best practise are observed.
