Tender Details

The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: 

Solar and battery design and installation at a further 18 schools in NSW to be added to the 29 schools that are part of Tranche 2.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting

A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held on 22nd May 2023 at 11:00AM via online platform. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.

 

DETAILS OF THE MANDATORY PRE-TENDER SITE MEETING WILL BE ISSUED BY ADDENDUM.

Electronic Tender Box Security

During the lodgement process all submitted responses received successfully are encrypted by the system for security and stored securely in the website “electronic tender box”. All responses that are received can only be accessed un-encrypted and opened after the RFT has officially closed. This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.

Note 1 - There is a mandatory pre-tender meeting. Ensure to review the review the "Conditions for Participation" details to obtain details and requirements to attend. 

Note 2 - This is a two-envelope tender submission. Ensure to review the "Conditions for Participation" details to ensure the tender is submitted in correct format. Non-Price and Price responses are to be separated into Two Envelope Submission Folders.

Two Envelope Tender Submission

This is a two-envelope tender. Tenderers are to lodge two separate files in response to the tender request. The first file (Envelope 1) must contain all data relating to the Non-Price criteria including Tender Schedules for Envelope 1. The second file (Envelope 2) is to contain all the Price data including Tender Schedules for Envelope 2. Both files may be submitted as a single response by containing them in a single Zip file.

ALL SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS TENDER MUST BE COMPLETED IN TWO ENVELOPE FORMAT.
