The following items comprise the major work scope.
Supply of all labour and materials necessary to upgrade the existing toilet facilities to the above school.
Deliverables under the contract will consist of:
Block D
- Isolate sewerage, water and electrical services for the duration of the works.
- Remove toilet pans and cisterns.
- Remove existing toilet partitions and doors.
- Install new compact "Laminated" toilet partitions system.
- Install new dual flush cisterns and pans.
- New tiled splashbacks to wash troughs and urinal.
- New ceramic floor and skirting tiles.
- Install new lights.
- Full internal paint.
- Repalce broken/cracked glass louvres.
