Tender Details

New plot harvester for the northern cropping systems unit

 The NSW DPI Northern Cropping Systems Unit is currently implementing a plot harvester replacement program. The Unit currently operates a small fleet of plot harvesters which service the durum breeding, cereal agronomy/pathology and evaluation, pulse breeding/agronomy and pathology, oilseeds and farming systems research programs.

 This procurement action represents the first step in modernising the current plot harvester fleet with further replacements planned over the next 5 years.

NSW DPI would like to utilise the new plot harvester for the 2016 winter cereal research trial harvest. Therefore delivery and operator training would need to be completed before 1st November 2016.
