Greenacre Senior Citizen Centre – Floor Strengthening - Q60-20

Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Greenacre Senior Citizen Centre – Floor Strengthening.

The flooring at certain part of the Greenacre Senior Citizens Centre has been weakened and needing support/strengthening. 

The work includes installing new steel and timber beams and removing the existing brick piers and SHS bearer posts seven (7) days after installation of beams.

 A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

A compulsory briefing is held on 10am Tuesday 27 August 2019, located at the Greenacre Senior Citizen Centre, 202 Waterloo Road Greenacre NSW 2190

Note: Council will not consider a Quotation lodged by a Respondent who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Respondent signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender.
