Contract Delivery Partner - 2186

The Contract Delivery Partner will provide Sydney Metro with a Contract Management System with appropriate processes, procedures and systems to manage and administer the delivery of the PRI-1 and IMO contracts. The Contract Delivery Partner will also provide appropriately experienced and capable staff to develop, lead and coordinate an Integrated Contract Delivery Team comprising personnel from the Contract Delivery Partner, Sydney Metro and other specialist advisors and contractors.

The Contract Delivery Partner will be required to have had and be able to demonstrate previous experience in such a role on large scale infrastructure projects. They will be required to have existing project and contract processes, procedures and systems that can be slightly modified for use on this project and to become Sydney Metro’s legacy Contract Management System. The Contract Management System will be required to manage areas such as; planning, cost, information management, communication, interface management, reporting and health, safety, quality and environment, and must compliment any existing Sydney Metro processes, procedures and systems.

Fundamental to this role is an ability to create and coordinate an Integrated Contract Delivery Team, and to provide adequately experienced and capable resources to lead and work within this team. The Contract Delivery Partner must provide a Delivery Director to lead this Integrated Contract Delivery Team. This Delivery Director, and all other Contract Delivery Partner resources must be wholly dedicated to this contract.

The Contract Delivery Partner will be over a six year period from January 2010 to December 2015.

Minimun Requirements

For its Tender to be complying, the Tenderer must demostrate as a minimun:

- experience in contract management of at least two projects of value >$250 million in the last two years.

- have annual turnover of greater then $10 million for the last three years

• Confidentiality Deed Poll
The Confidentiality Deed Poll is to be signed for and on behalf of the Tenderer by a person or persons having full authority to bind the Tenderer for the purposes of this Tender
