The following items comprise the major contract work scope.
Supply of all labour and materials necessary to upgrade the existing toilet Facilities for Block D Secondary and Block B Primary School Departments
Deliverables under the contract will consist of:
(a) Block A – Infants
(b) Terminate/isolate all water and sewerage services.
(c) Remove toilet pans, cisterns, water troughs and cap off all services.
(d) Remove existing toilet partitions and doors.
(e) Rooms to be used for storage.
(a) Block B - Primary
(b) Isolate sewerage, water and electrical services for the duration of the works.
(c) Remove toilet pans, cisterns, water troughs, retain items for re-use as directed .
(d) Remove existing toilet partitions and doors.
(e) Take up remove floor and wall tiles.
(f) Install new compact “Laminated” toilet partitions system.
(g) Install new dual flush cisterns and pans
(h) Lay new floor and wall tiles.
(i) Reinstate S/S wash troughs install new bubblers
(J) Install new lights
(k) Install new plaster wall and ceiling linings.
(l) New entrance toilet gates
(m) Full internal painting
(a) Block D – Secondary
(b) Isolate sewerage, water and electrical services for the duration of the works.
(c) Remove toilet pans, cisterns, water troughs, retain items for re-use as directed.
(d) Remove existing toilet partitions and doors.
(e) Install new compact “Laminated” toilet partitions system.
(f) Install new dual flush cisterns and pans
(g) Clean/acid wash floor tiles, lay new tiled splashbacks.
(h) Reinstate S/S wash troughs install new bubblers
(i) Install new metal screens to windows.
(j) Full internal painting
