The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Construction of new offices and laboratories for the Department of Industry and Investment at the University of Newcastle, Ourimbah Campus.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
A site meeting will be held at the University of Newcastle - Ourimbah Campus at 11 am on 12th November 2009. Attendance at the meeting is mandatory. Tenders will not be accepted from tenderers not in attendance at the meeting.
